Competitive dance is an opportunity to gain deep proficiency in dance skills.
We have years of experience training successful competitive dancers, training amateur couples as well as pro-am competitors.
For advanced competitors, we offer cost effective methods to improve your competitive skills.
We have worked with coaches from every corner of the dance world, but we are especially fortunate to be training with Maja Servé, World Open Professional, author, and life coach.

We offer in-depth training for those who are interested in teaching dance or improving their dance skills to the very highest level.
More than just learning steps, instructor training is an intensive education in movement, interpersonal skills, self-awareness, business, ethics and studio practice.

Each class session offers 6 hours of instruction for

Class Description & Format Is As Follows:
These classes are designed and led through the BodySchoolSystem(TM) of Ballroom Dancing for all levels & styles - Ballroom, Country, Latin, Social, Swing, Wedding & First Dance:
1/3 exercises, drills, basis (6:30pm - 7pm)
1/3 dance figures, combinations & groupings (7pm - 7:30pm)
1/3 dancing to music (7:30pm - 8pm)
City of Mesa Fee ($12 or $14 per person) is paid via Link
